SRTT – CPOD
With a substantial increase in the number of large scale non-profit organizations, the scope of OD initiatives has widened. A need to build on the existing knowledge available in the sector, has led to the establishment of a Community of Practitioners of Organizational Development (C-POD) to share experiences and learn from collective reflection. An outcome of this effort was the documentation of examples of OD efforts in the development sector. The first volume of 5 case studies titled, “Roopantaran – 3D views on Institution Building” is under publication. Work on the next set of case studies revolving around the theme of challenges in CBO development is in progress.
